In the 1990's, WC&C represented a variety of claimants in litigation ranging from the Lockheed pollution in Burbank to various class actions, and then defended the Hollywood MTA street collapse cases. In 2001, WC&C received two of the top ten largest verdicts in the state of California. In 2006, WC&C secured the largest settlement in the history of Santa Barbara County.
